NWLA Tuition and Fees

TUITION AND FEES FOR TRAVELERS LANGUAGE CAFÉS

The fee for Travelers Language Cafes is $98 per person which includes all materials.
There is a non refundable $35 administrative fee which is also included in the price.
No refunds for cancellations received by less than 10 days prior to start of seminar.

TUITION AND FEES FOR ADULT CLASSES

Class tuition averages to $30 per 1.5 hr class.
We require pre-registration and pre-payment for each class.
Quarterly sessions are usually $300 for the 10 weeks.
Accelerated sessions are $375. In addition there is a minimum $35 materials fee for each class.
There is a non-refundable $50 registration fee, required at time of enrollment, which is applied to the tuition.
Fees for Custom Programs and Private Instruction are determined by group size and the frequency and duration of meetings. Contact us for a free consultation.

Early Registration, Discounts and Scholarships

Early enrollments – one month prior to start date of any class - receive 10% off tuition.
We offer discounts for family groups and couples, as well as payment plan options. Payment plans must be set up with our office 2 weeks prior to start of any class.
We also have a limited scholarship fund available for our children’s programs - we welcome your contributions and inquiries.

TUITION AND FEES FOR CHILDREN'S CLASSES AND CAMPS

Most group classes are offered in 10—12 week sessions,and meet once a week for 1½ hours. Tuition averages to $30 per class.
We require pre-registration and pre-payment for each session.
There is a non-refundable $50 registration fee, required at time of enrollment, which is applied to the tuition.

Le Camp Français, Japanese Camp and Campamento Espanol accept children ages 7-14.
Camp Tuition is $300. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Friday we will have a sharing time and presentation of our play to parents and friends.
Enrollment is limited to 15 children per session.
Parent/Preschooler Camps accept children ages 2-6 with a family member.
Camp Tuition is $275 per family, with a $50 supply fee for each additional sibling or adult. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. Invite family & friends for last day picnic!
Enrollment is limited to 10 families per session.

Non-refundable $50 registration fee must be received to reserve a place. Upon receipt of your registration and deposit, we will mail you a confirmation, a detailed map, and instructions.
